♥️The investment is £25and this gets you a beautiful wreath, refreshments & a yoga session.

✨Not quite sure what I think of this AI image, but it seemed fitting to share & celebrate 2 years since my very first class! ✨✨✨

Taking the leap to leave mainstream classroom teaching was HUGE for me, and it has definitely been an absolute learning curve, but I can honestly say I am loving the roller coaster and so thankful to all of you that have supported this journey and all that it stands for🙏

My passion for nurturing children's wellbeing is at the core of all I do: creating safe, nurturing spaces where children can Just be themselves, slow down, learn about their bodies and find their own calm in an increasingly busy world.

Thanks to all of you who have been with me for the ride, and who continue to cheerlead.

Spaces Monday for sessions The Bee Hub, Farsley
In our regular class we will be doing some beautiful heart opening partner poses, sharing ways to be kind to ourselves and others and enjoying some relaxing deep belly breathing under soft lighting.

In 'Mindful Makers' we've got a gorgeous 30 min yoga session and then we will be making pretty wooden heart decorations ❤️
