Jane wanted to strengthen her body, but like many people who haven’t lifted before, the weights section felt intimidating.
Pilates seemed like the safer option, even though she knew she needed something more to really feel stronger.

When she joined Power, everything changed.
She’s now come on leaps and bounds.

Stronger than ever, moving with confidence… and her golf drive has improved so much we’re waiting for her to enter the Masters. 😉
But the best part? Jane now looks forward to every session - and she always leaves feeling 10× better than when she walked in.
