Fiona lost her mum recently, and grief has been incredibly hard.

She told us that coming in, having somewhere to go and people around her, has helped her keep going , that it’s given her something to get up for.

This is what we mean when we say the gym is about more than abs or before-and-after culture… sometimes it’s just a place to feel supported when life is heavy.

This isn’t really about us though.
It’s about Fiona. One day at a time. And we're honoured to be part of her journey 🧡
