Our unique classes: - Burn, Blast, Build, and uplifting Boot Camp accommodate all fitness levels, with the assurance that you’re training and socialising within a welcoming and motivating atmosphere.
One of the many benefits of our location enables us to provide outdoor sessions. On a stunning day/evening; we are able to use the park to create a unique fitness experience.
It is of course mandatory that each and every one of our clients’ journeys are supported by our signature ‘Client Development Plan’. A full, in depth initial assessment, tailored programming, and constant nutritional advice is backed with regular monitoring. This momentum creates a powerful force which helps you achieve the goals you set. This in itself produces the results YOU envisage. A change in mind set and life style means results can be achieved and maintained.

Our expert Personal trainers have over 12 years of experience and have worked alongside many diverse clients, including: - professional athletes, complete beginners and assisting pre/post-natal clients.
