• Leadership Coaching - to help you get to where you want to be as a leader in your organisation. o With confidentiality we can discuss private goals such as personal planning and effectiveness etc. o Or create common goals like staff engagement or your company objectives that can be worked on individually or as a group.
• Coaching Mentor – helping you develop your own coaching ability to raise other great leaders in your organisation.
• Structured Problem Solving Workshops - working with you and any members of your team to clearly define the problem and target condition, identify the root cause and generate potential solutions to test. As your coach I will:
1. Help you get clarity on what you want to achieve
2. Work with you to develop a practical, achievable strategy to get there, keeping you inspired and motivated.
3. Help you turn any setbacks into practical lessons

As your Mentor I will:
1. Give you the tools to help you become a great coach
2. Provide feedback through live observations
3. Help you personally reflect and continue to develop

As your facilitator I will:
1. Work through the Structured Problem Solving method developed by Toyota as part of their improvement process (Kaizen)
2. Explain the steps to help build the skills in your organisation.
3. Follow up and support you with the progress on the implemented solutions
