Today we celebrated and hung up our White Rose flag in the office. There were Yorkshire puddings, Yorkshire mixtures, Parkin and a brief history of our wonderful county with a quiz. Thank you for helping us out with freebies!

So proud of our team this week, who collectively donated 10 pints of blood! It was really easy to organise through NHS Blood Donation and for a few of us it was our first donation but certainly not the last! Thank you everyone who volunteered

This week is all about understanding Mental Health in a positive way! With so many great things going on outside of work to help promote good mental health, sometimes we forget that our brains don't switch of at work (or at least I hope not) and we still need to look after ourselves and our colleagues during work hours.
