I run a small studio in North Leeds specialising in Pilates, Barre and Sports massage. North Leeds studio conducting small classes (max 6/7).

I have a variety of monthly packages available for my online and studio based classes (COVID dependant) 1-2-1 sessions & Sports massage therapy - please see my website Come and workout in a friendly safe environment. Whatever your goals I have a class to suit all abilities. Pilates - this discipline improves flexibility, mobility and strength. It is both rehabilitative and preventative and I cater for beginners, intermediates and advanced practitioners. Reduces stress on both body and mind. Barre - I also conduct Ballet barre classes(ballet experience not necessary) which tones and sculpt the whole body - feel the burn - low impact maximum endurance! My HITT classes work you a high level of cardiovascular fitness incorporating stretches to keep you safe ! In addition to my Pilates and Barre Instructor courses I have attended specific courses focusing on enhancing performance particularly in running and cycling and improving overall mobility. My class schedule is available on my website and Sports massage is also available to book via email or phone call/texts. I also provide 1-2-1 sessions both for fitness and general well being. You can also share a session if you and a friend have particular goals. Be wary of large group classes where modifications and corrections not possible and stretching minimal!

So excited to announce from Wednesday the 19th March a new 45 minute barre class will be running both on zoom and in studio at 915. There also some spaces free in my 0930 Monday Pilates class and my 0930 barre/pilates mixed class. Give me a call. I am away from the 24th Feb to 13th March but from the 14th March taking bookings for deep tissue and relaxing massage s. Have a fab week xx

Who else prefers their working week more than their weekend household chores!! Looking forward to massaging and teaching this week so much - god I hate ironing and picking up coats and shoes - am I alone or does anyone else spend their weekends picking up after their kids - rant over 😁

Massaged a clients mum today, what an absolute delight. Said she wants to move me to London so i can massage her weekly🤣🥰 high praise as she is Indonesian and has grown up with massage so I was delighted she enjoyed it. And what an ad for keeping fit, nearly 80 and looked amaaaaazing. Love my job!

Week off massaging and classes and what a fab start. Weekend of fun with family and friends. Yesterday got to snuggle my god-daughters delicious baby boy. So proud of u Jade- u r a natural mum. He is beautiful just like you. Ant those eyes😍
