This sacred space is designed for connection, reflection, and sisterhood. We will gather to share stories, release what no longer serves and embrace the powerful energy of the moon.

🌕 Worm Moon Gathering: Nurture & New Beginnings 🌕🪱
March 3rd | My humble abode @ 6.45pm

As the Worm Moon lights the sky and the earth stirs from winter’s rest, we gather together to nurture connection and prepare for the season’s warmth. We gather to honor the soil waking up, the roots growing deep, and to honour the new beginnings unfolding all around us.

Our evening will include: Cleansing and grounding on arrival, refreshments, sharing circle, guided meditation, yoga nidra, sharing circle 2, burning ceremony, sound therapy journey.

Spring is getting closer everyday moving forwards and we’re getting ready to celebrate! We’re holding a Spring Equinox circle at DAZL - Dance & Health Charity HQ on March 21st at 6.30pm till 9.30pm to soak up all those fresh start vibes.

The equinox is that perfect moment where everything is in balance, and we wanted to create a space where we can all just take a breath, get grounded, and get ready for the brighter months ahead.

It’s going to be a lovely chance to connect, shake off the winter blues, and set some good intentions for what’s coming next. Whether you’re a regular at our circles or just curious to see what it’s all about, we’d love to have your energy in the room. Let’s welcome the new season together!

Bring your drum or instruments, yoga mat, snuggle blankets and anything else you may want to bring to make yourself as comfy as possible. All welcome, energy exchange £10 booking fee and PAYf on the evening.
