🔥 PRIMAL RESONANCE: A Tribal Sound Journey & Drumming Circle 🔥

Middleton, get ready for an evening that hits a completely different level. Join us at DAZL HQ for Primal Resonance—a two-hour immersive experience designed to ground your body and set your spirit free.

We are bringing together the ancient, deep-earth drones of the Didgeridoo, the rhythmic heartbeat of the Shamanic Drum, and the celestial clarity of Crystal Singing Bowls. This is more than just sound; it’s a high-vibration journey of flutes, rattles, and gongs that will vibrates through your very core.

The Journey:
✨ Part 1: The Soundscape. Lay back and set your personal intention as we weave a tribal wall of sound to help you release, recalibrate, and find your inner stillness.
✨ Part 2: The Celebration. We transition into an organic Drumming Circle and movement space. Express yourself through dance, singing, or rhythm—whatever moves you in the moment!
✨ Part 3: The Landing. We’ll finish with a grounding space for tea and connection, allowing the experience to settle before you head home.

Open to everyone—men and women, beginners and seasoned journeyers alike. No experience is needed; just bring an open heart and a willingness to let the rhythm take you.

"The voice within, echoes of the soul"

Our next afternoon retreat is being held at DAZL H Q on the 25th April at 1.30 pm. The theme for this retreat is to explore different techniques designed to activating our throat chakra which will help us to speak our truth and find our authentic voices. ✨

It’s a gentle, supportive community space we hold together which is usually the most enjoyable afternoon which help us connect with our inner wisdom, the wider community. 💕

How the afternoon unfolds:
- Opening Circle & Cleansing: Aromatic clearing and introductions to set our collective intention.

- Activation & Vocal Toning: The "Group Hum" to tune our frequencies.

- Guided Group Meditation: A deep inward dive to connect with the "Voice Within."

- Somatic Release: Body toning and Lion’s Breath Pranayama to physically unlock energy.

- Creative Expression: "Echoes on Paper" Poetry Workshop with our guest published poet Yvonne Ugarte.

- Vibrational Healing: Chakra balancing using Himalayan & Crystal singing bowls.

- Soul Journey: A final profound Resonance Sound Therapy journey.
