Calling all beings 50 +. We are looking for 10 people to join us for a nuturing movement session that builds strength, improves flexibility and movement and reconnects you with your body’s wisdom.

Muscle mass naturally declines after 50 - but you don’t have to lose your strength. This new class blends meditation, toning, flexibility work and intuitive movement to help you feel empowered in your own body.

Come and join us at our monthly sister full moon circle at my humble abode in south Leeds on the 7th November. This full moon is the beaver moon and is one of the largest moons of the year. Utilise her divine Luna energy as we come together in sisterhood as did our ancestors.

Hi beautiful people, I'm planning some pamper parties at my humble abode in South Leeds over the winter months.💕

The treatments would include, cleansing on arrival, a cacao ceremony, meditation and positive affirmations, a foot soak and foot massage, Ayurvedic yoga back, neck, shoulders, hands and arm massage including a marma point facial massage, arts and craft activity, and to finish off your time with me your very own bespoke sound therapy journey.
