Carla Colour Yoga and Pilates

I was looking for purpose, meaning and understanding and all I had to do was open my eyes to see that Yoga was there saying "Hello, come in, the door is always open" πŸ˜†.

They say that what you are seeking is seeking you and that all of what you seek is within you.

Yoga has guided me towards; love during times of fear, acceptance during times of regret, kindness during times of anger, compassion during times of stress, truth during times of illusion, meaning during times of emptiness, purpose during times of sadness, understanding during times of confusion, connection during times of loneliness, freedom during times of worry, space during times of chaos, peace during times of struggle, gratitude during times of negativity.

It has helped me to recognise love and belonging that exists within. It is the light in the darkness.
