Our gorgeous soul Carrie has given me permission to let you know she’s going in for surgery next week for breast cancer.

She will be off for approximately 8 weeks and we can’t wait for her to return! 💞

Lyndsay and Kat will be covering Carrie’s classes while she recovers.

If you are suffering with pain or injury we can help. Our physiotherapists have years of experience in assessing and treating pain. We start at your first appointment!

Your initial assessment will include a full discussion of the problem and any relevant medical history. From this discussion we then plan how and what to assess. Often we will assess the areas above and below the area of concern (for example a knee problem often requires us to look at the biomechanics of the hip).

Our aim is not to just treat the symptoms, but ensure the problem is fully addressed at the root cause.

Leeds Physiotherapy and Pilates Practice has been helping the people of Leeds for the last 15 years. We are experts in our field.
