Strength training is one of the most powerful things you can do for your body.
But many people feel intimidated by the gym or unsure where to begin.
Our Intro to Strength Training session on 24 March is designed to change that.
In this small group session you will learn:
• The fundamentals of strength training
• Proper technique for key exercises
• How to train safely and progressively
• How strength supports injury prevention
This session is perfect if you want to feel stronger but do not know where to start.
Following on from your taster session we run a 4 week Intro to Strength Course
• Build confidence using weight & equipment
• Learn how to improve long-term health & fitness
• How to adapt exercises around injuries or movement limitations
