We headed to Philadelphia to visit the clinical team at Prosthetic Innovations and meet prosthetist Mike Rayer alongside his patient, Scott Jacoby.

We spent time with them to learn how they’re experiencing the functionality and usability of Steeper’s innovative Espire Elbow and how it’s supporting Scott in daily life.

Towards the end of 2025, our third Charity Makers Market took place, where colleagues were encouraged to get their craft on and donate their goods, all in aid of raising money for our charity partner, Bone Cancer Research Trust🧡

Amongst the treasures were beautifully crafted jewellery, cupcakes, Christmas decorations, knitted hats and snoods and clay pots. Crowds came around to find Christmas presents for their loved ones, many satisfied knowing their money was going to a good cause🌟

Alongside this, the P&O Team at Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital celebrated the day and night with a tasty bake sale and quiz🍰

Altogether, we raised over £800, which will go directly to BCRT to help fund vital research and support those affected by bone cancer.

Today, on World Cancer Day, we’re proud to reflect on the small actions that come together to make a real difference 💫
