Light energy is coming in strongly now and will be causing friction at times. My guides have said a lot in the last few years that we're energetically in a little bit of a battle between light and dark. And they say it's always been on Earth, it's always been that way, but it's rising right now. So whenever strong waves of light come in, it can cause friction, it can cause a bit of a battle energy. It's no different to you going up to somebody in a very loving open, “Hey, how are you? I want to give you a hug.” And they're defended against that and angry that you're coming at them with that level of love. It's not your fault. They're just being who they're being.

So often a certain level of light can clash with what we might call darker energies or lower vibrations. We've got a lot of high vibrations and low vibrations at the moment, and sometimes they're just clashing and aggravating each other. So pay attention to that. It might show up in your relationships. You might be like, “Whoa! I didn't think I was being bad to that person, but they just had a really bad reaction to me.” The frequency just might be clashing. So if you are feeling particularly light, take it elsewhere, don't bother them or bug them. It doesn't mean that they're necessarily lower than you as a person. It just means in that moment, they might be going through some kind of transformation that requires them to be exactly where they are, and too much light aggravates that process for them. So be mindful of not looking at it in a hierarchical way, but do be mindful of this light wave that's coming in and how it can provoke lower or more contracted energies. And just see if that shows up in your life and take course corrective action as needed.

We aren't being offered a great deal of stillness by the technological, cultural world right now. So, we have to guard that in ourselves, we have to create those moments. It's why many people do it through meditation practice. Some people do it by going for a quiet walk in nature for 15, 20, 30 minutes a day. What gives you stillness? And if even hearing this idea of stillness seems foreign to you, that's a sign to you that you haven't had stillness for quite a while and it is destabilizing if we don't have that slower gear, that calmer moment.

Stillness speaks and it has a lot of wisdom to share with us, but it won't get that wisdom through to us if we're keeping ourselves so busy, so stimulated, so highly engaged, that we don't have that moment for the quiet voice inside us to be able to say, "You're tired, rest for a few hours," "You've got some sadness that you need to let go of, that you've been carrying around, but it's been hidden underneath your busyness. Give me your attention for an hour or two, and I will let it move through you and I will release it." The still, wise voice inside us is there for all of us.
