I want to say a massive thank you to all Emergency Services staff for all their hard work during the pandemic.

So during the month of January I’d like to offer all Emergency Services personnel a bigger discount than the usual 10%.

All massages at my clinic in Birstall will have a massive 25% discount.

It looks like we may have some tough months ahead, so anything I can do to keep you all fit for duty would be an absolute pleasure.

As many of you will know I’m running a Virtual Valencia Marathon on Sunday 6th December. I have been asked by lots of people about sponsorship.

During my training my friend and colleague Tammi set up a just giving page to help fund her cancer treatment which will help her have extra time with her family, this treatment isn’t available on the NHS. Tammi only has a small way to go in relation to reaching her target and it would be lovely if my clients, family and friends in support of me would support Tammi by donations to her just giving page and sharing it too.
Tammi is going to join me on her bike for a few miles too.

I will have lots of helpers along the way, lots of support with my training and i’m really grateful.

If anyone would like to know my route so you can cheer me along just message me. It would definitely be lovely to see a few more friendly faces along the way. I will be starting at 10.30 am at Pugneys and then my route takes me to Wakefield Centre, then onto the canal to Stanley Ferry on then to Castleford, I then hit the road up to St Aidans then back onto the canal at Lemonroyd and then into Leeds City Centre.

The wait is finally over. It’s official that from today I can 💆🏼‍♀️massage💆🏼‍♂️again 👏🏻.

& do not open until Saturday 25th so I can only offer appointments at Indergaard Physiotherapy in Garforth (price remains the same) , or at my garage gym. I’m away when the gyms reopen, so I’m offering this opportunity to book in before August.

The following processes will be put in to place prior to any massage.

🧽🧹Between appointments all areas that have been touched and the massage bed will be cleaned. I will be wearing a mask, apron and gloves. I will have 10min between appointments for cleaning and changing of PPE🧽🧹
Due to extra costs I’ve had to reassess my price list (not at Indergaard physio) which is as follows
30min @£28
45min @£38
60min @£43
This has been a hard decision, especially at the moment but on checking out other sports massage therapist costs they have also increased and so I’m still very good value.

I will also be asking clients to complete an online form in relation to COVID19 symptoms to keep you and myself as safe as possible.
