Those etched-in upper lip lines that won’t shift with filler? 🤷‍♂️

This isn’t just ageing.
It’s not always smoking either 🚭 (despite what everyone thinks).

This is a condition called solar elastosis 🌞where the skin’s internal scaffolding has been worn down by years of sun exposure ☀️

This lovely patient had already tried filler elsewhere… 🫠

The result? Still wrinkled. Just bigger 👄

Injecting more filler into this kind of tissue doesn’t work 🙂‍↔️ & It can definitely make it worse in some.

The lines stay. The lip looks heavy. The outcome is unnatural.

So we stopped. Reversed all the filler.
I placed an anaesthetic block 💉 and treated the entire perioral zone with UltraClear laser a true, 100% fully ablative laser 🔥
