📢 Important Update on Appointment Requests

🔔 New Changes from 1st October (Monday -Friday)

• Routine and administrative online requests: These will remain open between 8am -6.30pm, unless the system is under extreme pressure or there are patient safety concerns.
• Urgent same-day online requests open at 8am: These will close once capacity has been reached.
• We aim to respond to your request within one working day and our GPs will offer you either a same day or routine appointments based on your clinical need.
• You may be signposted to other local services (Pharmacist, Physio, Minor Injuries Unit, Specialist Eye Clinic, Sexual Health, Hospital Blood clinic, NHS 111, A&E)
• If you require urgent medical advice, please contact NHS 111. If you require emergency treatment then ring 999 or attend A&E
• Our telephone system has the option to choose a call back function until 6pm. From 6pm, our phone lines will be automatically transferred to our out of hours service.
• Please speak to a member of our reception / Care Navigation Team.

We’re holding our 1st vaccination clinics of the
season today for:
■ Children’s Flu
■ Pregnant Woman Flu
■ RSV Vaccination

Appointment only for eligible patients.

Each week we are holding different clinics and we start our combined Flu and Covid for at risk cohorts in October. Further clinic dates to follow
