So many of my clients book “just a treat.”
Then realise it’s more than that….

It’s the only time they stop fixing everyone else and the only time they can breathe properly.
The only time they remember who they are when they’re not needed.

It’s not a luxury. It’s maintenance.

One hour a month — that’s all.
You not only deserve that much, you, and your nervous system, need it….

I’ve been spending more time among the trees lately — slowing down, walking, listening……hugging them..

I took a proper break because I’d been doing what so many of my clients do: taking care of everything except myself.

The reset worked. I feel lighter, clearer, and more like me again.

Well, I did it!!! My first solo run in about 4 years (I did one run last year with someone that was good but that was it!!).
So for the October challenge I’m running 10 x 5k to get me back into it (please give if you can….the link is somewhere on my socials!!)
It’s worked. I loved it. I was very nervous and teetered on the verge of emotional initially. A lot of ‘firsts’…including first run with a dog that wasn’t Rolo. First Solo run. First time on this route. The Pup did good. I wasn’t sure if my throat would go dry with the lack of saliva glands due to radiotherapy but I was grand. I didn’t even cry!!
It felt good. The start of something.
