I’ve been spending more time among the trees lately — slowing down, walking, listening……hugging them..

I took a proper break because I’d been doing what so many of my clients do: taking care of everything except myself.

The reset worked. I feel lighter, clearer, and more like me again.

Half way there now and actually loving it. Last two runs I didn’t want to go on but enjoyed them sooooo much. If anyone can spare a bit of cash I’d really appreciate it. I haven’t set myself a huge target as I know money is tight.
