Meet Natalie, mum of 3, owner and trainer at MummyFIT North Leeds.

As a Level 3 qualified personal trainer, Natalie runs prenatal and postnatal fitness classes to help pregnant ladies stay active, and support mums in rebuilding their strength and fitness safely after childbirth.

Delivering 12 classes a week at North Studio in Roundhay and The Village Hotel in Headingley.

Abi had her first day with us yesterday and we’re really excited to have her on the team!

She fits in perfectly with the team and we already feel like she’s settled in ❤️

As a mother of one, she understands the importance of women’s health and with her caring and empathetic nature she’s the perfect fit for our women’s health physiotherapist!
