We are both professional hypnotherapists that have joined together to offer group hypnotherapy sessions. We offer sessions simply for relaxation as well as for boosting confidence and self-esteem. We also specialise in hypnotherapy for stress relief. We are based in a large comfortable room on the upstairs of Mothercare at Crown Point. However, we often use other locations too. Please see individual Events for more details. We both work independently as hypnotherapists as well as jointly for these group hypnosis sessions.
