We are both professional hypnotherapists that have joined together to offer group hypnotherapy sessions. We offer sessions simply for relaxation as well as for boosting confidence and self-esteem. We also specialise in hypnotherapy for stress relief. We are based in a large comfortable room on the upstairs of Mothercare at Crown Point. However, we often use other locations too.
