👣 A simple technique to improve Achilles mobility.
For the therapists watching this is a method Matthew has developed and shared on several training courses to help release restrictions around the Achilles and improve ankle range of motion.
It might look like very little is happening on camera, but the client can feel the tissue lengthening and softening as the restriction releases.
In this example, we increased the ankle range from neutral to +10° simply by allowing the tissue to release rather than forcing the movement.
