Infinite Ambience Yoga & Pilates - Morley & Surrounding Areas would like to thank Emma Smithson for inviting me along to her lovely studio to deliver a Yoga NIdra session.

Yoga NIdra translates to Yoga Sleep. You are, however, not sleeping but holding a specific state of consciousness, the very thin line between sleep and wakefulness. Yoga NIdra is a process which aspires to bring about complete physical, psychological and spiritual relaxation through an exploration of body and mind.
