This foundation was created from the heart — from lived experiences, countless conversations, moments of helplessness, but also from a deep belief that it is possible to create real, meaningful support for neurodivergent adults and people living with chronic conditions.

Our mission is to support individuals with ADHD, autism, fibromyalgia, neurological, autoimmune and mobility-related conditions — by improving access to education, training, personal development, pathways back to work, and a dignified quality of life.

This is just the beginning of our journey.

Izabela is a holistic cosmetologist with passion, vision, and a heart for working with skin.
She runs her own signature clinic in the UK, where science meets experience, and skincare becomes a mindful ritual of self-care. She supports women, men, and teenagers — from mature skin therapies to acne treatment — helping them regain a healthy appearance, confidence, and inner balance.

As the GUNA MD Tropocollagen Ambassador, Izabela promotes modern collagen therapy methods that restore skin regeneration and rebuild its natural structure.
As an educator, she leads advanced theoretical and hands-on training sessions, sharing expertise in tropocollagen application and combination therapies. She teaches professionals how to analyse the skin’s needs, select the right products and protocols, and achieve natural, long-lasting results.

💬 Izabela is also the author of the e-book “Ms Menopause”, a publicist, and an educator dedicated to raising awareness about skin health, ageing, acne, pigmentation, and scarring.
Her mission is to show that healthy, radiant skin begins with inner harmony.

ADHD-friendly Academy – An Innovation in Aesthetics Training
Why are we making changes?

For years, aesthetics training in the UK has looked almost the same: long training blocks, huge amounts of theory delivered in a short time, and one pace for all. For many learners, it works. But for those with ADHD, it often becomes a barrier.

And yet, neurodiverse individuals bring something unique to the aesthetics industry: creativity, energy, courage, and out-of-the-box thinking. That is why at C-Training Innovation Centre we decided to take a step further and create something the UK has never seen before.

The UK’s first ADHD-friendly aesthetics academy

The ADHD-friendly Academy is our answer to the needs of learners who don’t fit into the traditional system.

What have we changed?

Shorter modules and clear checklists instead of overloaded theory sessions.

Visual and interactive materials that make learning easier.

Trainers trained in neurodiversity awareness, who understand ADHD challenges.

A quiet space, where learners can take a break and return to training at their own pace.

The option to repeat content – without pressure or the feeling of holding others back.

These are not cosmetic adjustments. This is a new standard in aesthetics education.

Access to Work – extra support for our learners

Innovation in teaching is one thing, but we go further. We also support our learners practically – by helping them apply for the UK government’s Access to Work programme.

This scheme provides funding for people with disabilities or work-related difficulties. Through it, learners may receive:

specialist equipment (e.g. computer, monitor, ergonomic desk and chair),

software to support learning,

assistance from a support worker,

financial help with adapting a workplace.

Our trainers and advisors guide learners through the entire process – from completing the application to making the most of the support.

💎 Shine bright like a diamond 💎

💡A Wood’s lamp is a specialised diagnostic light that uses ultraviolet (UV) rays to reveal underlying skin conditions that may not be visible to the naked eye 👀. When the lamp is placed over the skin in a darkened room 🌙, different skin concerns show up in various colours 🎨 – for example, oily areas, dehydration, pigmentation, and bacterial activity can all appear differently under the lamp.

This makes the Wood’s lamp a valuable tool 🛠️ for identifying skin needs and tailoring treatments more effectively, giving both therapists and clients a clearer picture of what’s happening beneath the surface ✨.

📌 While the use of a Wood’s lamp is not a requirement at Level 3 Access to Aesthetics, here at our training centre we actively encourage learners to use it 🙌 To support this, we make Wood’s lamps available for students so they can gain experience in professional skin analysis.
