Physical and mental well being has always been a source of interest to me that has turned into a passion. With my early years been focused on learning various martial arts, I started to understand the value of exercise. With an empathetic personality, I have always been enthusiastic about improving well being in people. A few years ago, through the satisfaction I get when I see improvement in people’s wellbeing, my passion for fitness was lit. Since being qualified, I have been approached by the people who know my knowledge and expertise will help them achieve the results they desire. As I take on more clients, I am satisfied in knowing I am achieving results specific to each client. Since being diagnosed with Reynaud’s Syndrome a decade ago, I found further importance in fitness as I was told by doctors, there’s no cure, other than regular exercise.
