Children in Need 💛

4-year-old Nala was given a task by her school to “challenge yourself by showing kindness” for Children in Need.

Nala baked some delicious buns to give to the people living with us at Belmont House. She loved meeting everyone and chatting with the residents. As well as learning about Dementia, what it means, and how small acts of kindness can make a big difference.

Jessica, Nala's mum, said, "it was such a special experience for Nala, she has grown in confidence and saw first-hand how good it feels to be kind.

Thank you to the team at Belmont House. Everyone we met was so welcoming and passionate about the happiness of the residents, especially Ellie, who guided us round the home. Her connection with the residents and her love for her Lifestyle role was inspirational."

Recently, at Claremont Manor, we celebrated International Artists Day by holding an intimate pop-up exhibition.

The Bistro was filled with a selection of work from two of our very talented residents.

Members of staff, those living with us and relatives gathered to see the wonderful pieces of artwork, chatting to our Artists over tea and cake, it was a great afternoon.
