This week marks a year of teaching yoga online, something I never thought I would do, far removed from why I started teaching yoga and completely out of my comfort zone. But I think it’s been ok ya know!! Even when I get this one joining in 🐶 I’ll continue to offer the Friday easy flow yoga at 17:30 and yoga for sports on Sundays at 19:00. It’s been a stop start journey, but I’ve finally done it! Qualified in sports massage level 3. From April 12th (government guidelines allowing) I will be back in business for home visits for sports massage, holistic massage and yoga classes. 🤞🏽🥳
