👋🏼Hi! I’m a Sports Therapist with a First-Class Honours degree from Staffordshire University and over two years of clinical experience working with a wide range of clients.
After completing my degree and gaining even more hands-on experience in both clinic and sports environments, I’m now taking the next step in my journey by studying Physiotherapy at masters level at Keele University.
I’m genuinely passionate about rehabilitation and love helping people feel more confident, comfortable, and capable in their movement. Whether it’s recovering from injury, improving mobility, or supporting overall wellbeing, I enjoy using a mix of techniques to tailor rehab to each individual.
My goal is to create a positive, supportive space where people feel heard, understood, and motivated to reach their goals—one step at a time.
