What is so special about my Reiki treatments?
You are!
This time is very special to you. For you to relax and take some time for yourself. I understand how rare that can be and how hectic life can become, there is never any hurry.
I leave plenty of time before and after your treatment. I spend lots of time listening to you to find out what you need and how I can help you. I get to know you and help you on your healing journey.
The space is calm, quiet and there are no distractions. You will never have other clients waiting outside. I provide treatments in the daytime, evening and at weekends (by arrangement subject to availability), so that I can fit around your commitments.
My priority is that you receive the best possible experience.
I create a beautiful treatment space which has a wonderful energy. It is warm, welcoming and relaxing. I begin by lighting some candles, defusing aromatic oils and playing gentle music. You lie on the couch and are covered in a warm blanket. I make sure you are nice and comfortable before I begin. Very soon you will start to drift into a relaxed state and feel calmer.
I never let you leave without feeling grounded. I have time to share with you afterwards. You can sit and relax after your treament with a cup of herbal tea and chat with me about your experience, or chill out in a bean bag and our relaxation area.
I am also available by message or phone if you need to ask me anything later.
So why not come and try a treatment and give yourself some time to release all your worries and stresses? Don't keep putting everything else before yourself! You deserve some "me" time.

About Me
My Reiki journey began in 2011 when I experienced a period of ill health. Working with energy and developing a practice has had a profound effect on my life, both in terms of my health and wellbeing and self awareness.
I completed Reiki Master / Teacher Level in 2015 and progressed on my personal exploration, later qualifying as a meditation teacher, laughter yoga leader, Heart Based Ta**ra Teacher, Empowerment coach, Women's Circle Facilitator and Cacao Ceremony Facilitator.
My exploration didn't end there! I left the UK in 2018, travelling for five months around South East Asia, participating in and experiencing a wide range of trainings and modalities, while embarking upon a deep personal journey of reflection and empowerment.
My life long commitment to deep personal inner work guided me to further learning and direct experience while living in Shropshire, Ireland and Spain.
My ongoing personal and professional development practices have included Energy Alignment Method, Create Your Destiny, Shamanic practices and training in the foundations of Sharmanism (to name a few)
I have studied a range of philosophies, religions and non duality teachings along with scientific theories to integrate a broad and balanced perspective of the nature of reality.
This year I returned to Leek. Staffordshire to focus upon bringing the knowledge, skills and experiences of the past 9 years to my home town and to focus on creating community. It was in March 2025 that I co-founded Shambala Community Space - A place of peace with Veerji Hasyananda and Jazzalina Garcia.
My ongoing commitment is to be of service to my local community, to assist others to live their passion and purpose, and to find the inner peace that exists within.
