Simply Menopausal Sip and Share at Cafe Fifty Five is a relaxed, welcoming evening for midlife women to connect, talk (or not!), and find real support. Feeling the ups and downs of midlife, peri, or menopause? You’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. Whether you're sipping a cuppa, having a giggle, venting, or simply soaking in the support, this is a no-pressure, no-judgement space. Just real women and real connection.
Come and join this welcoming group on Thursday 13th November, 7pm-8.30pm, where we will be joined by our special guest speaker Nelly. Simply Menopausal's own strength trainer and founder of The strong for life programme.
