Feeling the ups and downs of midlife, peri, or menopause? You’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. Whether you're sipping a cuppa, having a giggle, venting, or simply soaking in the support, this is a no-pressure, no-judgement space. Just real women and real connection.

Come and join this welcoming group on Thursday 13th November, 7pm-8.30pm, where we will be joined by our special guest speaker Nelly. Simply Menopausal's own strength trainer and founder of The strong for life programme.

We want women to know that we're here to support them too. No matter the age or stage of life they're at, especially with this condition, which can feel at times difficult to navigate.

SIP & SHARE ☕️ was a huge success thanks to the incredible women who attended our first event at Cafe Fifty Five 🙌

You shared, you opened up, provided us with laughter, giving a real sense of warmth, connection and community.

We are so proud to be partnering with Cafe Fifty Five and Co-op.

Cafe fifty five is not just a coffee shop its welcoming hub dedicated to its local community to provide connection,support and community well being.

The turn out was brilliant. Special thanks to Lizzie Berry communities outreach minister at Cafe Fifty Five, Debbie Gordon, the Co op Member activator for Leicestershire & Rutland, and Riza, Co Op Thurnby store Manager whose community donation and support helped make this and many more gatherings possible.

In Leicester, we have Upper New Walk which is perfect to pop by in the city centre and is our own large clinic room where we can carry out a range of treatments and consultations.

And the Health Quarters in Oadby, Leicester, is run by a wonderful team who are passionate about offering a wide range of services to help everyones overall health and have been great connections of ours as we've grown!
