Let’s talk Menopause - An Evening of Insight and Support.
Following the success of last year’s event attended by over 65 members of our community Let’s Talk Menopause is back by popular demand.
There couldn’t be a better time to hold this conversation. As we reflect on International Women’s Day on 8th March and this year’s theme, Give to Gain, we’re bringing the community together to share knowledge, build understanding, and support one another.
The evening will begin with a 45 minute evidence based presentation delivered by Aly Dilks, a British Menopause Society Registered Specialist, covering:
➡️What menopause is and why it happens
➡️Common signs and symptoms
➡️HRT explained clearly
➡️Alternatives and lifestyle support
➡️Common myths and misconceptions
This will be followed by a live Q&A session, giving you the opportunity to ask the expert questions in a supportive and welcoming space.
Whether you are experiencing menopause yourself, post-menopause, wanting to understand what lies ahead, or supporting a partner, family member, friend, or colleague this event is for you.
Menopause affects more than individuals; it impacts families, workplaces, and relationships. That’s why attendees of all genders are welcome.
This free event is delivered in partnership by three local community organisations:
Coop Member Activator Leicestershire and Rutland
Co-op
Simply Menopausal
Cafe Fifty Five
It is designed to inform, empower, and connect.
Booking is essential, as spaces are limited. Join us for an evening of expert insight, open conversation, and community support 👇
