I’m Jacqui, a Wellbeing Life Coach living in Earl Shilton, Leicestershire with my husband and Sprocker Spaniel, Alfie.

I have 3 grown-up children, 3 step children and 10 grandchildren. Despite being blessed with a loving family and wonderful friends, my life became out of balance. Emotional trauma, a busy family life, raising my three children and building a career, led to feelings of being overwhelmed and not good enough. I forgot to prioritise my wellbeing and lost sight of my own needs. Seeking support and reac

hing out when I felt at my lowest turned my life around. Taking control, together with learning to LOVE and RESPECT myself again, caused me to find HOPE, take steps towards HAPPINESS and ultimately reach a place of ACCEPTANCE, FULFILMENT and PEACE. Much of my coaching experience has been with families coping with trauma, but predominantly with women at various stages of life, from early years of parenting through to menopause. I’ve walked with clients through grief and loss, rejection and isolation, burnout, exhaustion and other such life situations. My Dream is that by sharing my experience I will help to Inspire, Motivate and Empower women to live the life they dream of!
