I cannot thank Mark enough for helping make such a heartbreaking time in my life more bearable. From my very first meeting with him right through to my mum’s funeral, he was consistently supportive, patient, and always willing to answer any questions I had.
Being able to visit my mum whenever I needed brought me so much comfort during an incredibly difficult period.
