Sensitive Care Solutions are recruiting Community Care Assistants to support individuals in their own homes across Leicester, including Birstall, Anstey, Glenfield, Braunstone Town and Oadby. This is a rewarding role where you will help people remain independent, safe and comfortable in the place they know best — their own home.
In this role, you will support people with personal care such as bathing and dressing, assist with daily living tasks including meal preparation and medication support, and follow tailored care plans to meet individual needs. You will maintain accurate records, report any changes in condition, and work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals. As this is a community-based role, you will travel between homes within the Leicester area.
No experience is required as full in-house training is provided. This includes induction, shadowing shifts and ongoing development opportunities to help you build your confidence and career.
Sensitive Care Solutions offers £12.50 per hour, full and part-time hours, a comprehensive training programme, opportunities for progression and higher qualifications, access to the Blue Light Card for discounts, a pension scheme, referral bonus, PPE provided, and the opportunity to work locally within Leicester.
