Today was keeping active - which we did a selection of exercises in chairs as well as standing ones, while listening to music 🎶,
Keeping Active is good for all, it's boots our moods which then lowers our stress levels and anxiety,
Exercises is also good for social interactions as well as we can be in groups as well as on our own,

Today was punch balloon 🎈 and Carrom board game, which is a fun game, trying to get them in each corner, and very competitive ☺️😁, even staff joined in, 🥰 and then Brian with the punch balloon

Today we did our 2 minutes silence, and then we did what makes us happy chat, and it was really nice listening to them, and we had some funny stories, which then went on to different topics and then started different conversation with others, 😊😊

Arts - colouring in is a very therapeutic activity, and it is very beneficial for stress relief, improving focus, boosting creativity, and even enhancing motor skills,
This activity can be enjoyable either in group or 121, very enjoyable activity.

Tin can alley games, reminiscing years ago at the fair, and we did the floor ones as well as the tabletop one, so all can participate, little bit of cheating going on by kicking it 🤣 mentioning no names, oh and then a certain young lady wouldn't give me the bean bag back 🤣,

Today we did a jigsaw puzzle 🧩, very therapeutic, sorting into colours, edges first, either in pairs or on our own (with help). Jigsaws provide numerous benefits including improved cognitive function, stress reduction and enhanced motor skills, this activity is great for social interactions.

today we did a selection of Halloween activities which included punch pumpkin balloon and bingo, while wearing our hats and enjoying our sweets, and having a nice cuppa, while chatting with each other,

Today we did a few pampering 1:1's, which was either, hair brushed, nails painted, head massage, hands massage, make up on, this is a relaxing activity, and it limits stress, and giving us a sense of calm and relaxation. While listening to music,

Today we did Meditation, sitting in group in a circle, with candles lit, listening to meditation music while showing a selection of animals, Meditation is good for the mind and soul, it reduces stress and anxiety, as well as our wellbeing,
