From Tuesday 2nd December, we’ll be moving from Rapid Health to Accurx for our online requests and appointment queries.
💻 What this means for you:
You’ll still be able to contact us online through our website.
The new system, Accurx, is simpler and more user-friendly.
You can submit medical or admin requests easily and securely.
Please note that from 2nd December, Rapid Health will no longer be in use, all online requests should go through Accurx instead.
Thank you for your patience as we make this improvement to help us respond to you more efficiently.

We’re always grateful to receive feedback from our patients, both positive and constructive.

While not all feedback is positive, we value every comment as it helps us reflect, learn, and continue improving the care and service we provide.

At the same time, it’s also wonderful to share some of the kind words we’ve received recently. This feedback shows the professionalism, compassion, and dedication of our team, and we’re proud that so many patients feel listened to, supported, and cared for💙

Thank you to everyone who takes the time to share their experience with us, it truly makes a difference.
