Better timings to sculpt, strengthen, stretch and truly move with intention.

Please check the updated schedule to find the classes that suit you best. (Saturday mornings have changed)

• Memberships renew monthly from your purchase date

• Prefer flexibility? Pay As You Go is available for £10 per class, anytime – perfect for top-ups too

Oh look 👀 another Pilates timetable update!

As mentioned before, while we find the timetable that works best for everyone, there were bound to be a few tweaks and swaps along the way. This updated schedule will take effect from Monday, November 3rd — and this one’s here to stay for a while! 🤍

Thank you all for your ongoing support and energy within our Pilates community. We’re hoping to see even more of you joining the morning classes 👀

We’ve trimmed 10 minutes off the early sessions to give you a little extra time to get where you need to be — after starting your day the right way, of course 🧘🏼‍♀️💪🏼
