Our monthly exercises this morning with Hannah from Boogie Beatz. We moved & stretched to some Halloween tunes. Residents did very well 👌 💪

We are overwhelmed with the generosity & support for our harvest festival appeal. Many thanks to everyone who contributed. After our church service of thanks it will be sent to a local food bank to help those in need - thankyou 🙏

A last blast of summer today. After a fish & chip lunch we were joined by the lovely Rob who sang some summer holiday tunes that we all knew & remembered. We sang along & we danced and had a great afternoon as we said goodbye to summer & hello to the autumn.

Our 1st Saturday Social seemed to go well. The children seemed a little shy at first but once the games came out they were fine. It was a delight to see the smiles on our residents faces.

Today we said goodbye to to our administrator Elaine who leaves us to start her new adventure of retirement. We all wish you lots of luck, health & happiness in what we hope will be a very long retirement. Many thanks for all you have done for our residents, families and staff. Stay well & keep in touch 😘😘

Dice games & music this afternoon- cover the number. A lovely afternoon with a lot of fun and a little cheating (well they tried) even managed to enjoy some of the music from our crooner’s box-set cd 🎲 🎶
