🌈 We can’t quite believe that Inclusion is 2 years old.

Two years ago, we unlocked the doors with full hearts and nervous energy.

The paint was still fresh.
The furniture had only just been put in place.
We were exhausted from weeks of working at breakneck speed to transform what had been an empty, forgotten medical centre into something warm, colourful and full of possibility.

But nothing — absolutely nothing — prepared us for the moment our amazing people came through the doors for the very first time.

That first morning wasn’t just an opening day.
It was the beginning of belonging.

There were smiles that said “Is this really ours?”
There were transport staff buzzing to have a look around this new service.
There were staff holding it together professionally… and then quietly wiping away tears.

Because it suddenly became real.

It wasn’t just a building anymore.
It wasn’t just an idea.
It wasn’t just hard work and risk and determination.

It was theirs.

In that moment, Inclusion stopped being a project and became a family.

Two years later, the walls hold laughter, music, celebration, growth and love. The space has changed as it’s been personalised by the people who use it — because it is their day centre. We just work there 💛

And every time those doors open in the morning, we remember that first day. The nerves. The pride. The overwhelming sense that something special had just begun.

Here’s a little trip down memory lane — from that emotional first morning to the beautiful, vibrant family we are today. Thank you to everyone who has supported our journey.

💛A small act of kindness💛

Today at Inclusion HQ, we found this gorgeous little fella hopping around our car park — bright, brave, and very lost 🐤

After trying numerous vets/rescues (and getting nowhere), we refused to give up… and are happy to say he now has a safe, loving forever home 🏡✨

At Inclusion, kindness, responsibility, compassion and care are at the heart of everything we do — whether supporting people or caring for the world around us❤️

✨ Two years ago today ✨

Two years ago, we opened our doors for the very first time for our Inclusion taster day.
The first moment our amazing people walked in to see what would become their service.

What was once a quiet, empty space came alive with noise, laughter, chatter and pure joy. A day so special we honestly didn’t want it to end — and yes, there were a few emotional tears ❤️

Fast forward two years and that noise, laughter and fun fills Inclusion every single day.
We’ve grown, we’ve evolved, and we’ve proven ourselves as a credible, trusted service with a very good reputation — something we are incredibly proud of.

But through all the growth, one thing has never changed…
Our reason for being.
OUR PEOPLE.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey — past, present and future.

🎄😄 Boxing Day but make it JOY 😄🎄

We’ve just been sent the most incredible video from our Christmas celebrations at Inclusion — and there was no way we could keep this to ourselves 💥

So much laughter, so much joy, so many big smiles, awesome energy and beautiful moments shared with our truly amazing people having the best time ❤️
This is what Christmas at Inclusion is all about: connection, fun, belonging… and having an absolute blast together 🎶🕺💃

Armistice Day
🕯️ 11th Hour. 11th Day. 11th Month. 🕯️

At 11am today, Inclusion fell silent — to remember and honour the heroes who gave their lives so we could live in freedom.

Their courage, their sacrifice, and their unwavering sense of duty will never be forgotten.

Today, we also remembered the soldiers of all nationalities, faiths, and backgrounds who stood shoulder to shoulder in the pursuit of peace and justice — united by bravery, bound by sacrifice.

We paused not only in remembrance, but in gratitude — for those who fought, for those who never came home, and for those who still bear the scars of service.

We remember them all.

🎃💜 Halloween at Inclusion! 💜🎃

We went BIG this year with a two-day Halloween extravaganza — and it was absolutely spooktacular! 👻🕸️

Yesterday we got our scare on with creepy costumes, ghoulish cupcake decorating (and let’s be honest… we ate as many as we decorated 😋), plus a spooky Sensory Movement session with the lovely Ella! 🧁💃

Today we did it all again with an indoor Trick or Treat adventure — bags full of goodies, laughter echoing down the halls, and pumpkins galore! 🍬🎃

We all went home happily exhausted, totally sugar-fuelled, and grinning from ear to ear!
A massive THANK YOU to our amazing people and our fantastic team who made it all happen — you’re frightfully fabulous! 💜✨

🌟💃 Happy Navratri everyone! 🪘✨

We kicked off the first of the 9 nights today with music and dancing 🎶💃 but the BIG celebration is happening on Wednesday 🎂🎉 because… well, we’ve got a birthday to celebrate AND we couldn’t party properly without a couple of our amazing guys who weren’t here today. No way were they missing out! 🙌❤️
