"Grandma has improved so much since her arrival at Holmes Court. She has gone from not wanting to be there, to being happy, getting healthier and stronger and eating and drinking everything that is put in front of her. River is open and honest, keeps us well informed, made us very welcome and has dealt with complicated matters quickly, efficiently and made her to priority keeping our grandma safe, happy and healthy. The staff are friendly and make you feel so welcome, and the building is well kept, clean but also so welcoming, like a home from home. The environment is very dementia friendly, whilst also feeling homely and cosy. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a warm, safe, and happy environment for their relative, or for themselves."
