Tools down moment! 🛠️💙

At Graysford Hall, we love our “tools down” sessions — when staff put their work aside to spend some quality time with our residents. It’s a wonderful chance to pause, connect, and share a few smiles together.

Today’s activity was all about movement and fun, as we enjoyed some gentle seated exercises to get the blood pumping and the energy flowing! Everyone joined in with great enthusiasm — and plenty of laughter too.
