Or thyroxine.
Or any actual medical treatment.

It’s about the wellness nonsense.
The teas, powders, patches and potions
that promise to “balance your hormones”
without ever saying which ones —
or how.

Hormones aren’t meant to be flatlined.
They fluctuate. That’s normal.

What does help?
Sleep.
Stress management.
Strength training.
Sound nutrition.

Balance your life.
Not your cortisol with a gummy.

Funny how long a minute can feel, isn’t it?

And yet people think change needs hours a day and a 47-step morning routine.
Actually?
Start with a minute.
A minute to breathe.
A minute to move
