There are two million people living with sight loss in the UK. It’s National Eye Health Week, as an Optometrist, I know first hand the impact of poor eye health and not having regular check-ups. It is important to get a routine eye check up no matter what age. Most sight loss is avoidable if detected early.

I am delighted to have joined my peers as part of the Eye Health and Visual Impairment APPG and look forward to discussions around improving eye care.

If you haven’t booked your eye test recently, get it booked in!
