11 weeks into the T25 program

Shoot days is 2weeks away and there counting down the days now

They've all put in an amazing amount of effort and the results are show can't wait to see them on shoot day

My group coaching will be starting in Jan 2026 this will be a great step to start to achieve result in the new year

Sleep is the most unutilised and underrated recovery aid

Should we should be aiming for about cemetery to sleep each night?

During this time we go through five different stages of sleep

Join the stages there's different bodily functions that happen to aid or recovery or immune system or hormone balance cognitive function

So when we miss one of these stages frequently waking this is when we start to see us get ill harder to think or even a damn regulation of our hormones

Making sure we have a good sleep hygiene with doing the right things at the same time each night to optimise getting some good quality sleep is paramount

But it's probably one of the things as most people overlook

They don't prioritise getting great sleep. They stay up to all hours of the morning or they just think I can't be asked a bed fall asleep on the sofa so then wake up again to actually go to bed which is now giving you a broken sleep pass

Having a room that is it a optimal temperature between 16 and 18° is where we really should be looking to have our body to get the best sleep possible

Starting in January 2026 for the first time

I'm launching a group coaching program

So what is this? So this gives you the opportunity to experience some of our coaching process a fraction of the cost

It will run for eight weeks where you have your training plans and nutrition plans and your lifestyle plans all set out you'll have weekly check-in with written feedback

And it will give you a taste of what it's like to be coached

And give you an opportunities to see whether you would like to go full in on the proper coaching package

There will be a weekly seminar for you to watch going to a different educational parts

You'll have my support throughout

Plus in a group of like many people trying to achieve some results as well for extra support

What better way to start 2026 off right and actually getting results instead of winging it and being back in the same place next year or even in two months time

What a 5 weeks Lucia has had

When ever a new client starts we want it to be the most seamless introduction to coaching and see them get some fast results

Would not had the most easiest starts no fault of Lucius literally down to a family commitments and family bereavement

But what Lucia has done really well being consistent tried to hardest with the nutrition tried to get every training session

As well as dealing with everything she had going on

So in the first five weeks, we've managed to start to get a handle on the bloating and digestive issues that have been hindering Lucia for months there's still some more work to be done on this, but we're getting there

She's taken on board that she's actually stronger than she thinks, and she's now pushing her training and seeing the benefits

On paper, it doesn't look like it's been a great start for me. She's done herself proud and as a coach, I can't ask for anything more than that from my clients.

And the biggest wind she's happy with the 10 cm she's lost from round the stomach

This is a great start for a new client and we don't always have the smoothest of starts, but it doesn't mean you can't make results

Be careful who you listen to for your advice on nutrition

How many times have you seen people go back-and-forth to Weight Watchers slimming world?

There's a reason it don't work

These people aren't trained in their ways of nutrition. I don't understand the concept of how macros work.

But they're in a place of authority where you're listening to their advice

You need to make sure you know about calories and macro nutrients

And you're not going to learn that from people at Weight Watchers and slimming world

It's hard because there's so much misinformation out there. How do you pick between the good information and the bad information?

Way I'd like to say is if you look at a coach Online does his clients have results? If he's getting results? He may know something about nutrition.

Also look at what type of coach if it's a bodybuilding coach they're not really going to be giving you the best nutrition for a general population person wanting to lose a few pounds

It's going to be over restricted for you, and you're probably not stick to it

Look for a lifestyle coach that deals with people for every day lives that knows how to get you into shape

Stick to the nutrition plan

If you're striving for goals of changing your physique, you need to stick to the nutrition plan to achieve them goals

Every time you're eating off plan, there is a chance you're taking yourself away from your goal

If you're eating outside of your calories then you're going to slow down your process and your progress

If you need a enough plan meal which very few people do at the start then you need to be talking with your coach or planning it into your calories in advance

This way you're not going to be going outside of your calories and you're gonna still be in a deficit changing the way your physique looks

It is simple to stick to a nutrition plan. Sometimes we have to give up things to get where we want to.

Changes require change

If you're looking in the mirror each day and don't like what you see or how you feel about your appearance or your body

Then you need to make a change well less with your nutrition your activity levels your sleep it might even be your wardrobe that you don't like

Change takes change and sometimes takes sacrifice

You want long lasting change, so you're happy with what you see each morning when you look in the mirror

Trying to do the same thing and out for a different outcome, is it definition of insanity?

It can be hard and can be scary to make these changes, but sometimes they need to be done for a better version of yourself

He would always face negativity before positivity

You will always be told you're doing something wrong or incorrect before you're told you're doing something positive and right

What do I mean by this? How many times have you heard? Someone say well? But they've gone too far now they're too skinny or too fat.

They hit you with a compliment and then I'll underhanded negativity

Telling you you're doing something wrong you've gone too far, which will then also impact your mindset

When somebody doesn't understand or value what your current goal is, they will always have something negative to say around that subject

It doesn't mean you're in the wrong or you're wrong for doing it. It just means that that person doesn't understand and wants to bring you back to their level.

Just make sure you surround yourself with people that pick you up not pull you down

Just because it's on social media doesn't mean it's gospel

I should sit in their Doomscrolling through TikTok or Instagram

He's gonna be numerous of different people popping up influences talking about the best way to train best way to get nutrition the most optimum way to do this exercise

Just because it's on social media, it doesn't mean it's gospel

By all means follow someone listen to their advice also look at whether they relatable whether they're actually getting results with what they're saying to do

Not just some TikTok influencer that's never lifted before never die before has no skid in the game to be telling you what to do

Have a little bit of common sense around what you're taking in and do your own research

You can't be angry with the results she didn't get for the work you haven't put in

So often you hear people getting upset because they haven't achieve the results they was hoping for

But if you're not there, putting the working every single session every single day with your nutrition, your steps your cardio your training

If you're going out and eating off plan meals or drinking alcohol

Not the cardio missing out on the steps

You can't be angry for the results you haven't got because you haven't been putting the full amount of work and effort needed to get that result

Rule results are reflected on your output of what you put into that and what effort you put in is what you were rewarded with
