Today we had the help of TP Garden Maintenance doing great work fixing all our water butts making collecting all the recent rain more efficient! πŸ“Έ Look at this post on Facebook

A great morning to start the week off, helping out Earl Shilton Community Allotment. They do some great work offering a space for young and old to come and benefit from being outdoors, working the soil and growing their own produce. This does wonders for their mental health and it was a pleasure to be involved.
Today's job, fixing the rain collection systems after the recent storms had damaged guttering, and rearranging the water butts to make them more efficient. There is no water source at the allotments so this is a vital thing for them. I also repaired a broken roof which also collects rain water.
Next week I will be back. They are having some pallets delivered which I will be transforming into some rugged compost bins. I love working with pallets, I used them to build a garden sofa and drinks bar in my own garden so looking forward to this little project!
