🔸Eyebrow tattoos, also known as microblading or permanent makeup, can change color over time due to several factors, and it’s relatively common for them to develop a blue or gray tint after a few years. Here are some reasons this happens:

1. Ink Composition and Decomposition: Many pigments used for tattooing eyebrows contain a mix of colors, including brown, yellow, and black. Over time, the pigment particles break down and can shift in color. Blue or gray tones may appear as other colors, like red or yellow, fade faster.
2. Depth of Pigment Placement: If the pigment was placed too deeply, it can interact with the skin differently, causing a cooler (blue/gray) color to emerge as the tattoo ages.
3. Sun Exposure: UV rays from sun exposure can alter tattoo pigments, accelerating color changes. This is why it’s recommended to protect tattooed areas with sunscreen.
4. Body Chemistry: Individual differences in skin chemistry, including pH, can affect how pigments settle and change color over time.
