In 2020, Ryan visited us for an eye examination, where we suspected he may have keratoconus. We referred him for further specialist assessment and treatment to ensure he received the care he needed.
Following his treatment, Ryan returned to us for a thorough eye examination to determine his exact prescription and to help him find glasses suitable for his very strong toric prescription. Cases like this require careful measurements, the right lens technology, and expert frame selection — something our team has extensive experience with.
Ryan chose two fantastic frames — Tom Ford and Ted Baker. To achieve the best possible cosmetic result, we carefully selected plastic frames to help minimise the visibility of the lens edges. By choosing the right frame size and using ultra-thin 1.74 high-index lenses, we were able to create a beautifully balanced result.
The outcome? Two stylish pairs of glasses where Ryan’s strong prescription is barely noticeable — and most importantly, one very happy patient.
