Allow me to reintroduce myself…

Hi, I’m Char - founder of The Nurse Collective! 🤎

If you’re new here (and there are quite a few of you lately 👀), here’s a little about the woman behind the brand.

I’m an advanced aesthetic nurse, NMC registered, BACN member and CPD member. I spent over 10 years in nursing and management roles across the NHS and private sector before stepping fully into aesthetics - and building this clinic into what it is today.

I’m passionate about doing things properly. Natural results. High standards. Safe practice. Continuous learning. I still attend advanced training, industry conferences and manufacturer masterclasses because this industry moves fast - and my clients deserve the best. My next masterclass is based in Surrey next month and brings something super exciting to clinic!

What started as “just me” has grown into something bigger. I pour into my clients, my students and the team around me every single day. The Nurse Collective reflects that growth - the creation of a hub like community, made up of healthcare professionals, industry leaders, students, education, mentorship and confidence-led care.

A few quick facts:

💉 Favourite treatment - mid-face work following considerable weight loss - those of you who walk in and give me full reign on replenishing the loss volume!
🫶🏼 Favourite skin treatment - 5-point skin boosters…closely followed by the new and upcoming Exosome family!
☕️ Favourite drink - coffee. Always coffee.
One word that sums me up? Determined (with a side of impulsive 😅)
