Our most popular steps for a 1 stone a month average weightloss are Steps 1 & 2:
💭Step 1
Step 1a* and 1b are a complete meal replacement formula. At this step real food is completely taken out of the equation. Think of it as a reset! You will either have 3 or 4 Cambridge weight plan products a day depending on gender, height and weight, lifestyle and any medication.
*Step 1a is for women under 5ft 8 only
💭Step 2
Step 2 is 3 products a day and a 200kcal meal of real food. Our 1:1 Diet Steps booklet lists all your allowed to make it simple so you don’t fall of track. Alternatively I can supply you with a 200 calorie balanced microwaveable ready meal if you prefer not to cook.
Alongside our plan you will receive unlimited 1:1 support from me including daily contact, weekly check ins and any video support sessions you need! I am very flexible with my support so just tell me what works for you. You also have the backing of a medical team to ensure you are safe and healthy at all times.
When you start, you’ll be given access to the exclusive 1:1 Diet App - this contains our Steps booklet and all the information you need to get started and support your journey.
Each product is equal in both calories and nutritional intake so it makes no difference if you choose all sweet, all savoury or any combination that you prefer.
