The aim is to offer each other support and friendship at a time when you may be feeling confused or uncertain about all the changes and challenges in your life. You will be able to share your concerns and questions and feel truly listened to. Come and join us as we share the highs and lows of early motherhood together. We’ll smile through the good times and support you through the bad! Mums Talking Babies is run by a highly experienced and qualified facilitator. I have spent years working with new mums and parents, helping them through pregnancy and coping with the emotional challenges of the early weeks and months of living with a new baby. I will aim to ensure that the group provides an inclusive, secure and supportive space for everyone to enjoy. This way you will be able to discuss your emotions, any problems, and to celebrate those little successes and joys that being a mum brings. The sessions are held on a first-come-first-served basis, up to the capacity of the venue. Each session costs £5 per mum (babies go free!). Please note that the group is open to mums with babies from newborn to crawling.
