So excited to be joining The Milk Hub come join us!

We have the lovely Emma from Cherish Baby Massage joining us for a baby massage taster session at Shoebury Cake Club at HUB 151 West Road Shoeburyness on Thursday!

Come along to find out how baby massage can benefit you and your baby, including supporting feeding and digestion. During this short taster session, Emma will be showing us some relaxation techniques for you and baby, as well as providing information on communicating with baby through nurturing touch and reading their very subtle cues.

The taster session is suitable for babies up to 12 months. This will be a 15/20 minute taster and will run alongside the usual Cake Club session, so you are more than welcome to attend as usual if your child is older than 12 months.

Through touch relaxation techniques we learn how to help your baby relax which is a wonderful tool for them for years to come. My classes are warm and welcoming and a time for you to relax too 🥰
