Come and join us for a Yoga Nidra ‘deep rest’ Session.

Yoga Nidra (also known as yogic sleep) is a quiet and mediative practice - offering guided rest to allow our body and mind to switch off and restore in an effective way for healthy brain function.

It is ideal for those that have difficulty sleeping or those dealing with stress to achieve deep relaxation and inner peace.

Other benefits of Yoga Nidra include:

Relaxation & Stress Relief – true rest, way more than a bottle of wine and Netflix!

Soothing the Nervous System – develop emotional regulation & self-compassion

Improve Memory – download your thoughts and create some space

Join Camille for a relaxing and informative workshop where you’ll explore the origins and benefits of reflexology (the ancient practice of stimulating reflex points on the feet and hands to support balance and wellbeing)

You’ll learn:
• How reflexology can support common issues (ie. sleep, stress, headaches, hormone balance)

• Key reflex points on the feet and hands you can use at home.

• Practical self-care tips to bring calm and balance into daily life.

The session will include demonstrations, hands-on practice, and space for questions as well as a selection of herbal teas and homemade treats to enjoy.

If you are curious about reflexology, looking for natural ways to support your wellbeing, or simply want an hour of relaxation and learning, this workshop is the perfect introduction.
