Come and join us for a Yoga Nidra ‘deep rest’ Session.
Yoga Nidra (also known as yogic sleep) is a quiet and mediative practice - offering guided rest to allow our body and mind to switch off and restore in an effective way for healthy brain function.
It is ideal for those that have difficulty sleeping or those dealing with stress to achieve deep relaxation and inner peace.

Bolsters, blankets and cushions are available at the studio to ensure you are comfortable, please feel free to bring your eye bag or favourite blanket if you wish.
