I became interested in massage therapies after I had a sinus massage to help with my headaches. I was so impressed because it halved the amount of headaches I had and I thought it would be great to be able to help others in the same situation. I wanted to be thorough so I first did a Level 3 Higher Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology and Pathologies to understand the human body and how it works and then I did a Level 3 Higher Diploma in Body Massage Techniques. I now practice holistically which basically means I look at the whole lifestyle of the client and see how small changes could make a difference to the ailment they suffer whether it be pain, stress, anxiety or sleepless nights along side using massage therapies to cure the aforementioned.I incorporate Swedish massage techniques with traction movements and lymphatic drainage. Massage is so good for the mind and the body, it helps stress, anxiety, sleeplessness, painful joints and muscle stiffness amongst other ailments.

As I finish for the year I’d just like to say thanks to each and everyone of you that has been in the treatment room this year. You’ve been a delight and it’s been a pleasure to have you.
