July 2025: “I really want to lose weight, but there’s no point in starting now - I’m going on holiday in 2 weeks”

August 2025: “I still want to lose weight, but I’ll just wait until the schools go back”

September 2025: “ Maybe it’s time to join, but I’ve got two nights out this month so I’ll wait until next month”

October 2025: “Right this month I’m going to start… but Halloween is coming up so I know there will be loads of sweets. I’ll get that out the way first. “

November 2025: “I’m feeling really low, I really really want to lose weight. But I better save my money for Christmas.”

December 2025: “There’s absolutely no point joining in December I’ve got far too many nights out.”

January 2026: “Slimming World will be mobbed just now with it being a brand new year. I’ll just wait until next month.”

February 2026: “I wished I’d joined 6 months ago. If I lost 1.5lb per week I would have been over 3 stones lighter by now. “

💥DEAR RETURNING MEMBER💥

I am getting messages from people wanting to come back to Slimming World, so let me put your minds at rest......you CAN join this week.
Or next.
Or the one after that.
Because I am here for you 52 weeks of the year 💕

This post is for all of you who are thinking of returning to group. And by 'thinking' I mean you’re saying to yourself:

“Oh my goodness, I haven’t been in ages.’’
“I've put so much weight back on.’’
‘’I've joined so many times now, I'm mortified. What they will think of me?’’

These feelings are what keep us down and away from group.
