Specialising in pre & post pregnancy massage, sports massage and holistic well being. I qualified as a massage therapist in Australia in 2000 and have since further gained ITEC level 3 qualifications with Distinction in both holistic massage therapy and sports massage. I also hold Reiki level 1 and a diploma in manipulative therapy. I am fully insured and a member of the Complementary Therapy Assoc. My passion is massage therapy and in particular the specialist field of sports therapy. My approach is holistic, professional, thorough, understanding and caring, always putting the client’s needs first.

Over the past weeks, this joyful space has been filled with laughter, support, and connection — a place to meet other new parents while learning the beautiful skill of baby massage. 💛

Through gentle touch, parents have discovered new ways to bond with their little ones — building trust, helping soothe colic, ease teething, improve sleep, and bring calm moments of relaxation for both mum and baby. 🌙👶
